Located in the tiny Appalachian mountain town of Burnsville, North Carolina, Kisses on the Moon is a boutique dedicated to new babies, their mothers, and their needs.  It is located in a thriving and quaint downtown that is a throwback to a time before Wal-Mart (and indeed, there is no Wal-Mart within a thirty minute drive).
